Orders are processed on business days. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, verification checks, and carrier pickup schedules. You will receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays
- Processing time is separate from shipping transit time
- Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility

6. Address & Delivery Issues
Incorrect Addresses, Failed Deliveries
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
- We cannot guarantee changes after an order is submitted
- Returned-to-sender parcels may require reshipping fees

8. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or is missing items, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any supporting photos (if available). We may require carrier documentation to assist with a claim.
